Appointments longer than 2.5 hours require a non-refundable, but transferable, $150 deposit. This includes blondes, balayage, colour corrections, Cezanne smoothing and hair extensions.

Pay by phone or in the salon within seven days of booking, and no later than 48 hours before your appointment. Deposits can move to a new date when changes are made at least 48 hours ahead. Later changes mean the deposit is lost and a new one is required.

Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Reminder texts are sent at 8am the day before.

Any deposit used to secure the booking is also lost when a no-show occurs.

A parent or guardian must be present for the entire consultation when the person having their hair done is 16 years of age or under.
